  2. Wash your hands and the working board. Wash carefully all used utensils and rinse them abundantly with water. Sterilise the cup and its spout by immersing them for 10 minutes in clean boiling water.

  2. Boil clean drinking water for 10 minutes, let it cool down. Pour the correct amount of boiled water in the sterilised cup.

  2. Always use the scoop provided. Level off the powder with the back of a clean knife for accurate dosage. Do not press extra powder into the scoop.

  2. Add the correct measure of powder to the water. Adding too many or too few scoops can be harmful to your baby. Cap the bottle and shake well (for 10 secs) to dissolve powder. Remove seal and replace with sterilised teat. Check temperature on your wrist before feeding (37°C).
